Welcome, old soul. By accessing this website and/or purchasing or accessing any of Eva’s digital programs, activations, or mentorship containers, you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully prior to making a purchase.

1. Purchase Terms

All offers, activations, replays, and mentorship spaces are final sale. Due to the energetic and digital nature of these products, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be granted under any circumstances.

By purchasing, you understand that you are committing to the full payment option selected at checkout, and you are responsible for completing all payments, regardless of participation or perceived outcomes.

2. Digital Access

All content is delivered digitally and access is typically granted immediately upon purchase unless otherwise stated.

It is your responsibility to download or bookmark any access links and to save passwords provided. We cannot guarantee lifetime access, but you will be given at least 30 days’ notice if any major changes are made to how your content is hosted or delivered.

3. Usage Rights & Intellectual Property

All materials shared by Eva Kaszycki, including but not limited to videos, audio recordings, meditations, live calls, digital downloads, and written content, are the intellectual property of Eva Kaszycki.

You may not:

  • Copy, share, reproduce, or distribute this content to others

  • Re-teach Eva’s material in your own programs without explicit permission

  • Record or redistribute live calls, meditations, or group containers

  • Repurpose language or branding from Eva’s work for your own business

Legal action will be taken against anyone found to be misusing or profiting from Eva’s intellectual property without prior written consent & authorisation.

4. Energy Work Disclaimer

Many of Eva’s offerings include energy healing, activation, and spiritual components. These are not medical, financial, or psychological advice, and should not replace the support of licensed professionals.

Participation in Eva’s work is entirely voluntary. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own wellbeing, energy, choices, and results. Outcomes may vary, and no guarantees are made.

5. Testimonials & Results

Testimonials shared on Eva’s platforms are from real clients, but individual results are not guaranteed. The energy work offered is powerful, but integration depends on your own readiness, nervous system, and alignment.

6. Rescheduling & Access to Live Containers

If you purchase access to a live container (e.g. live launches, group call, or activation), it is your responsibility to attend or access the replay. No refunds or credits will be issued if you miss a live event.

Replays will typically be made available within 24–72 hours unless otherwise communicated.
