millionaire MORNING RITUALS

YOUR TASK..

OVER THE NEXT 30 DAYS GET INTO A ROUTINE OF WHAT FEELS THE BEST FOR YOU. WE RECOMMEND TICKING OFF THESE 5 MAGIC CATEGORIES… HOWEVER THIS IS YOUR LIFE YOUR BODY AND WE WANT IT TO BE EASY, SIMPLE AND most importantly fun! So feel free to create your own routine. You can do them for as little as 5 minutes or even as long as 3 hours. feel into what you need, you are one in 7.5 billion so you do you boo!

So this is what we use (in no particular order)

MINDSET

VISUALISATION

△ See your future as soon as you wake up (see Meditations/ Visualisation section)

MEDITATION

△ Choose a powerful meditation to start the day (see Meditations/ Visualisation section - we highly recommend the 6 phase meditation in the morning)

JOURNALLING

△ Meditation and visualisation are so powerful but if for whatever reason they aren’t for you or feel too hard you can just journal on your own, or for extra power pair the 3 together.

PRESENCE

△ If these 3 feel overwhelming or just aren’t for you we recommend practicing presence. Just being present allows you to connect to the quantum field and puts you directly in alignment to your goals. If you just simply close your eyes and see what you are feeling or think about what you are grateful for this will really help slow your mind and get you in a good space for the mornings. Another thing you can do is sit outside with no technology and simply look at nature as it has the same frequency as mediation and will easily get you into the zone.


MOVE

DANCING

△ Is such a great way to move as a women because it allows you to get into your feminine. Whether its a class or just turning on your favourite song its so powerful to move

breath work

△This is a super powerful ritual that will enable you to literally thrive. The breath is the first thing we get when we are born and the last thing that leaves us when we die so if you can master it, it will transform your life, vitality and energy. (check out Meditations/ Visualisations for our class)

Walk/ jog/ run/ Gym

△ Whatever makes your feel good. Do what your body needs not what society tells you it needs. If it’s exhausted do a light walk, if you have energy to burn run until your heart is content. You know exactly what it needs to thrive

Yoga/ pilates

△ Yoga is such a powerful way to be present and connect to yourself and we highly recommend it. But know that yoga is more masculine (despite what they say). It was created by a man and does tend to be more in the masculine energy so if you are looking for something to harness your feminine during your cycle than look at softer ways to start the day.

MIRROR WORK

△ For most women looking themselves in the eyes and saying the simple phase “I am worthy” almost seems like the hardest thing in the world. But sadly if you don think you are worthy and you can’t love yourself you will really struggle to ever let love, clients and abundance in with ease. So know this truth… Out of 40-300 million sperm cells you made it here and you were born worthy. Nothing you ever say or do will ever change that even if you make terrible mistakes along the way you are still worthy. So please look yourself in the eyes and say it every single day. Put a note on your mirror and never let yourself pass it without reminding yourself how much your love yourself. Speak to yourself like you would speak to your 5 year old self and start with that. It will get easier I promise, but it is a crucial part of your journey!

AFFIRMATIONS

△The most powerful 2 words in the english language are “I am” because what comes after that will determine your fate. Every single morning (day and night) day repeat phases that empower you and get you into the zone of your superpowers. Put reminders up and speak them to you as if they have already happened. Move your body with them and feel the energy like incantations so that you feel the vibration of your future success with them.

ACTS OF TRUE LOVE TO YOUR BODY

△Whatever feels good. EFT tapping, a self love bath, a nice hot tea on your veranda or outside, even sex or maturation (yes I said it). Write a list of everything you love doing and seriously do it. We don’t live in a doing universe we live in a feelings universe and what you feel you attract. So make it your number one priority to ALWAYS feel good no matter what it takes.


GROUND

STAND ON GRASS

△ We often go nuts with all of the other tasks that we forget the importance of being entered. The most grounded and centred we are the easier it is to live without all of the intense emotions and get carried away with the outside world and only focus on the inside world. It also helps us manifest much faster.

So standing on grass (with no shoes) is a powerful practice because it grounds us to the earth. Hippy or not, seriously try it and feel how good it feel and how connected to yourself it allows you to feel, which then allow you to powerfully connect to others.

Burn PAlo Santo, sage, inscent or candles

△Palo Santo is a really beautiful wood to burn and you can help you be really grounded but if you don’t have it or can’t find the spray then any of the other items are powerful to allow you to connect to yourself, be present and have the intention or getting grounded

Stay Present

△Find your own practise that you feel grounds and connects you to the world around you and implement this as well. Remember there is never one side fits all. This journey is about you finding you not you trying to copy what everyone else does.


GROVE

RAISING YOUR VIBRATION

△ Getting into the groove is all about feeling good. Feeling in alignment and ready to thrive, take action and inspire and impact those around you. So how do we raise your vibration. There are a million ways. Think about all of the things that bring you gratitude. Write them down. Get into the energy of them already happening

Having fun

△ Define what fun is for you. Then do one thing that lights you up more than anything else that you are just doing for you, not to give back or to get paid for. Something simple that just makes you feel incredible.

Connection

△ What makes you feel connected? Maybe it’s having breakfast with a friend or going on a walk with a friend or having coffee in a rainforest. Whatever it is write it down and if it feels in alignment for you make it happen!
