  1. What does having an abundance of overflow look like to you?

  2. Journal out all of your limiting beliefs and blocks that are stopping you from having this

  3. Get back into the vibration of being in abundance. (Set a reminder on your phone every hour, or visualise several times a day, create a voice memo and listen to it over and over again, look at your vision board) The goal is to make an overflow over abundance feel normal in every cell of your body and the second it does it will manifest.
